The program consists of 63 hours. The Required General Studies courses consisting of 63 hours include University Seminar 1001 (1 hour); Core English Composition (6 hours); Core Humanities (9 hours); Core Mathematics (6 hours); Core Natural/Physical Sciences (6 hours); Core Social Science (6 hours); Core Fine Arts (3 hours); Communication Studies 1001, 1018 or 2001 (3 hours); Major Thematic Concentration Courses (15 hours); and Minor Thematic Concentration Courses (12 hours).
