The Technology Management course (15 credits) includes Professional Internship, Workplace Law for the Technical Manager, Production Planning and Control, Quality Control of Industrial Products, Industrial Supervision. The Elective courses include: Creativity and Ideation Techniques and Practice, Problem Solving Techniques: A Team Approach (any one); Industrial Computer Systems Management, Industrial Organizations and Functions (any one); and Introduction to Industrial Health and Safety, Industrial Accident Prevention (any one). Directed General Education course includes Business Report Writing, Advanced Expository Writing, Technical Writing, Writing for Science and Industry (any one).
This program allows up to 21 credit hours of technical concentration credit. A student can also earn a minor in packaging while pursuing this program by completing 18 credit hours of approved course work.
