The courses include Personnel Law (5 hrs), Human Resources & Staffing (5 hrs), Human Resource Management (5 hrs), Training & Development (5 hrs), Compensation & Benefits 95 hrs), Human Resource Decision Making with HRIS (5 hrs), Organizational Psychology & Behavior (5 hrs), Labor Law (5 hrs), Effective Management of Difficult Employees (5 hrs), and Strategic Human Resource Management Symposium (10 hrs).
All the courses can be completed online with the help of computer and internet. A student gets 10 weeks’ time to complete an online course. If a student wants the time limit to be extended, permission of the instructor is required.
A student needs to possess a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, human relations, organizational psychology, or a closely related field for getting admission in this program.
