After completing the core courses, a student has to select one Specialty Practice Track and complete its courses.
The Adult Education Track includes the courses: Foundations of Adult Education (10 hrs), Teaching Strategies of Adult Learners (10 hrs), Helping Adult Learners (10 hrs) and Doctoral Dissertation (10 hrs).

The Educational Administration Track includes the courses: Educational Leadership (5 hrs), Educational Administration (5 hrs), Instructional Leadership (5 hrs), Issues in Educational Administration (5 hrs), The Law and Legal Aspects in Educational Administration (5 hrs) and Dissertation (15 hrs).
The K-12 Educational Administration Track includes the courses: Education - Law and Ethics (5 hrs), Principal Leadership in Education (5 hrs), Financial Management in School Systems (5 hrs), Educational Assessment and Evaluation (5 hrs), Human Resource & Personal Development (5 hrs) and Dissertation (15 hrs).
A master degree in education or a closely related field is required for getting admission in this program. The program allows students to transfer college credits/ courses earned previously during their college programs to this program.
This program does not meet specific requirements for licensing for any state or country.
