The courses include Organizational Psychology (6 hrs), Fundamentals of Personnel Administration (6 hrs), Employment Law (6 hrs), Business Statistics (6 hrs), Recruitment/ Selection and Placement (8 hrs), Evaluating/ Documenting Performance & Termination (8 hrs), Compensation Management (6 hrs), Benefits Management (6 hrs), Labor Relations & Negotiations (6 hrs), Health and Safety in the Workplace (6 hrs), Training and Development (8 hrs), Human Resource Management Symposium I (25 hrs), and Human Resource Management Symposium II (25 hrs).
A student gets 10 weeks’ time to complete an online course. If a student wants the time limit to be extended, permission of the instructor is required. A high school diploma or an earned GED is required for getting admission in this program.
